Speedway gas station Complaint

Long lines!!!!!
My husband and I regularly go to the Speedway on 933 North in South Bend Indiana. He is the one that always goes in. He often complains about there only being one cashier. Today I had to go in. There was only one cashier. The other employee was wipping down the counters and making coffee. I asked her to please open. She said "I can't, my manger told me to do this". I told her there is a long line and she really should open. She refused. I asked her who her manager was. Her name is Tammara. I asked to speak to her. She wasn't in. I told her that she needed to open when there were so many custemers in the store. She yelled "you're talking to the wrong person". When she finished (still 10-12 people in line), she went in the back room and sat down! If they need one person stocking the shelves at 7:15 in the morning - during the busies time, then they need to hire another person. I'm ready to go to another place. There is a BP station two doors down. I told everyon that was in line to call and complain. If I'd had my cell phone today I would have called 10 times this morning to complain. Will do that everyday the rest of this week and into next week if something isn't done. Rediculous for it to take 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee!
