0 The same thing happened to us at the Lexington Ave, and Maple St. Speedway. We are very well aware of the new "No hood" policy, but seeing as how it is very cold outside, maybe this very rude employee Lacrisha (Chris) could: first, wait till we get through the front door, and second not scream at us from across the store in front of everyone to take our hoods off. My husband knows her from way back, and when he raised boyh hands up to ask her what her deal was, she screamed, "Oh God! Are you going to throw your coffee at me now?!?!" WHAT???? She's completely unprofessional and you'd think that since her boss was standing right there, he'd do something to stop her from embarrassing customers. SHE IS WAY OUT OF LINE!!! Still to this day.
